Our family business specialises in the production of traditional semi-hard cheese. From the raw milk of the endangered domestic Tyrol grey cattle, we produce in the traditional way finest of hard, mountain and soft cheese.
Our farm is located at an altitude of 1,800 m and is run organically. Sustainable farming and animal welfare with closed cycles are our priority. In addition to the limited use of concentrated feed, the animals only receive hay from our species-rich, freshly mown mountain meadows.
