Glide over the snow with ease. In St. Antönien and the neighbouring village Pany there are cross-country trails in classic and skating style embedded in the forest and maquis landscape. Use of the cross-country trails is free of charge and the journey by post bus to Pany is included in the guest card. Turquoise posts and signs show the way.

On Aschüel, in the saddle west of St. Antönien, easy climbs alternate with flat passages. The trail leads past scattered individual farms with changing panoramas.
