We founded our small but fine dairy at the end of 2018. Since then, milk from about 40 goats is processed daily on our farm at the entrance to the village of Matsch. Our products are characterised by a unique taste and clean processing.
Especially the fresh goat cheese, called quark, is very versatile in cooking and therefore very popular in good gastronomy and also among our private customers. Our semi-hard cheese recently received a ‘very good’ rating from international experts, which encourages us to continue on the path we have taken.
