Schützensteig am Kleinen Jenner (Schönau a. Königssee)

Fairly easy and beautiful Via Ferrata, which is suitable for experienced kids.

• Difficulty: A/B
• Duration (total): 4-5 hours
• Duration (Via Ferrata): 1 – 1 ½ hours
• Approach: The shortest approach starts from the top station of the Jenner cablecar. The second option starts from the parking in Hinterbrand.

Modern Via Ferrata in the 400 meter high east face. Homogeneous difficulty (C/A).

• Approach: start in Ettenberg or Maria Gern
• Duration (approach): 2 ½ to 3 hours.
• Duration (Via Ferrata): 2 ½ hours
• Descent: from the alpine hut ‘Stöhr-Haus’ back to the starting point (3 hours)
